Club Nights

N.B. All club nights are currently on hold due to social distancing rules.

Over summer we hold club nights at the club every Tuesday and on the grass courts at Charlton every Thursday. Both club nights run from 5:45pm until dark.

  • We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to play on grass, as this facility is not offered by other local clubs. Thursday club nights are always followed by a visit to our club sponsors at The Rose & Crown, Charlton!

  • Other informal morning and weekend sessions take place throughout the year, to fit around coaching, league matches and tournaments (this includes a Ladies Morning each Tuesday morning). These are often organised through WhatsApp groups.

  • Club nights are for players aged 16 and above and are open to players of all abilities.

Social Events

Upcoming Events

  • Following a successful night last year, club member Matthew Allman will be hosting another quiz night - once possible!

  • Paul and Sharon have very kindly offered to host our annual summer BBQ at their lovely home in King's Sutton – date to be confirmed once larger group gathering is permitted!

  • We are hoping that our popular Annual Dinner can take place as usual in November – details to follow as soon as we have more guidance from government.
  • If you have any ideas or suggestions for social events please let us know - email our Social Secretary, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
We usually run a number of Club Open Days throughout the year, offering a chance for non-members to get a feel for the club and see whether they would be interested in joining. Dates to follow as soon as the current pandemic restrictions are eased.
